In speech after speech, you tell us we're winning the war on terrorism. Yet, on July 3rd the Department of Defense issued a mandatory evacuation order for all non-essential U.S. military personnel in Bahrain. How do you correlate these two actions, considering that Bahrain did not evacuate in July 2002 or 2003?
Alternative question: Do you know what "correlate" means, and can you spell it?
In an interview with Maria Ressa of CNN on Friday, June 4, 2004, in response
to her question regarding how many foreign fighters there are now in Iraq, you
stated "It's tough to know. The borders are porous. We know a lot of them came in from Syria. We know some came in from Iran."
As Secretary of Defense of
the nation occupying Iraq on that date, are you not the person responsible for the security at those borders? Is the fact that they are still porous over a year after your boss landed on an aircraft carrier and
claimed the invasion a success, a sign that you have failed in your
job, and that you need to be sacked before you screw it up any further?
Research documented at glcq.com clearly shows that you were, in fact, AWOL for the National Guard. Now that your lies have been revealed, will you step down in time for the GoP to arrange for a new, trustworthy candidate prior to the 2004 election?
OK! You got me! Of course I'm not going to ask any hard questions of the chickenhawks that are running our country right now! I DON'T HAVE THE TESTICULAR FORTITUDE! And I'm worried about my Halliburton stock!
Do you have a question you think I should be asking the current administration? Please email it to me. I'm not going to ask it, of course, I'm much more comfortable parroting out Karl Rove slogans like "winning the hearts and minds", "Kerry flip-flop", "bring it on!", "providing aid and comfort to the enemy" and "shock and awe!". But send it to me anyway, I'll paste it up here and everyone can have a good laugh about what a pussy I am!
